We have extensive knowledge within the transport sector working with both private and public clients, and delivering critical requirements in highly reactive environments. With key expertise in all aspects of track, signalling and electrification installation, as well as the delivery of large station projects, we focus on supporting all clients deliver significant project objectives. 

Our recent projects have included assisting High Speed 2, London Underground renewal partnerships, Crossrail deliverables across five separate project sites, Channel Tunnel Rail Link integration works, large inner-city Network Rail station upgrades and utilities service upgrades. 

 We have over 35 years of combined commercial expertise working within this diverse and challenging sector, with a focus on major projects throughout the UK. 

Having supported some of the country’s largest and most prestigious contracts over the past twenty years, our skill base and expertise are aimed at strengthening teams, offering specialist on-hand guidance and achieving project deliverables.

Having provided commercial services for two of the nation’s largest service providers in National Grid and Thames Water, we have implemented and administered large scale project control processes, within several competitive utilities projects. 

By introducing our betterment practice we have ensured our respective clients have reduced defined costs, improved contract value and achieved project critical milestones.

Within our highly-experienced team, we are able to offer planning resources which have assisted clients on large scale projects within the middle-east. 

Through providing comprehensive planning support, we’ve assisted in the delivery of project schemes of up to a value of $50 million.

Having carried out claims assessment on behalf of southeast PFI refurbishment schemes, we have assisted private contractors in aligning and managing commercial disputes to deliver the best value for our clients.
